Register for our Fall Fridays book group!
We'll pick the location based on the accessibility needs of those who register. Please fill out this form to sign up!
We'll read two books in tandem and see what they have to say to one another:
"A Psalm for the Wild Built" by Becky Chambers, which is a short novel about a monk and a robot living on a planet that solved its climate crisis; and
The Gospel of Mark, one of the earliest-written books in the New Testament.
Let's put these two books into conversation and ask each other: How do they help us improve our imagination of our own future, and better imagine God?
You do not have to identify as Queer or as Christian to attend.
LGBTQ+ people and allies only, please.
Reach out to Pastor Rachael with any additional questions or requests!
